2009 Recruiting & Retention Chapter Winners

Congratulations WCR Empire-Westchester Chapter in winning the
WCR Annual Recruitment and Retention Contest!  
We were awarded First Place winner in the large chapter category at the awards banquet in Washington, D.C. on May 15, 2009. 
President Toni Chrystal and President-Elect Myriam Ramos were present to accept the award along with a $500. prize
